Re-mortgage and donate to your favourite charity with fundUgive2

With interest rates set to keep rising, you could save money by getting a re-mortgage deal now.

Fixing your rate for as long as you can could be a good idea to protect yourself from future interest hikes.

Tips for Homeowners:
* Locking into a rate now could help – you can discuss with your Mortgage Broker up to 6 months prior to your current deal ending. We can help you find the lowest rate or deal including LTV and fees suitable for your situation.
* You could consider overpaying on your loan if you have the cash spare, saving you interest and freeing you from a mortgage sooner. Most lenders allow you to overpay 10% of your mortgage annually.
* Consider a longer term deal. Some lenders are currently offering ten year fixed rate and can be carried over if you move house.

All these options have fees and charges to consider so do talk to us for free help and advice.

It’s what we do.

At fundUgive2 we do not charge fees for our advice or for completing on any re-mortgage we find you.
fundUgive2  does donate to your favourite charity after any re-mortgage we complete.
